Data collected
Through the contact form we collect: first name, last name, email, mobile number and, if provided, school/organisation, school code, subject and message content.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to reply to your request and manage the commercial contact. The legal basis is the consent you give by submitting the form and the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request.
Processing and retention
Data is stored on systems managed by Kyron and sent by email to our contact address via the transactional email provider Resend. We retain the data for the time needed to handle the request and to comply with legal obligations.
Your rights
You can exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@kyronedu.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
